High speed chopper

The chopping machine uses the cutting action of the high-speed rotation of the chopping knife to finely chop the main raw materials such as meat, minced meat, and fat into meat or mash, and at the same time stir other raw materials such as water, ice flakes, and auxiliary materials into a uniform milky state.
The high-speed rotation of the chopper can shorten the running time, reduce the heat of the material, and maintain the natural color, elasticity, yield and shelf life of the filling.
